I might as well give up shaving my legs once and for all. All the effort, all the drama, and no appropriate weather to show them off. I mean, why? Why England, why? And on top of this, you go shopping and there’s floral dresses everywhere. They’re all made of delicate fabrics that won’t keep you warm at all. They must think we all spend our weekends in Spain or something. The struggle is real, especially for someone like me who prefers to wear dresses all the time.
I know there’s this big trend right now to wear a dress on top of your jeans. But short and not so skinny girls like me cannot pull that off, unless you want to look more unflattering. So instead, I prefer to go back to my old habits: chunky knit on top. And if you match the colours like I did, it looks like one single clothing item.
And if you are one of those lucky girls who lives in a warm country, well.. I’m not jealous of you because you must be broke right now considering how pretty the new ss17 dresses are.

EN It’s officially less than a month until Christmas so I think it’s time to talk more about this beautiful holiday. I don’t know about you ladies, but I am already thinking of what I am going to wear to all the Christmas dinners and parties I am going to attend. And with Christmas it’s always the same theme for me: red, gold, black, sparkly – this is the theme I am usually going for. And another thing that I usually do, is buy a new dress each Christmas – it’s like buying a Christmas tree – you can’t have Christmas without it.
Another advantage of looking in advance for a dress is that you have a wider variety to choose from. You have time to order some online, to return them if they don’t fit properly, you have the luxury to be picky. And I always say that when you invest in a Christmas dress, make sure you can wear it afterwards too. I have friends who don’t like wearing dresses and end up with one just for Christmas. Make sure you personalise your choice, if you don’t like red and sparkle, go with pink or blue or whatever makes you happy. And to help you a bit, here’s a selection of three different dresses that I would wear for a Christmas dinner, all dresses found here.

Everyone is wearing ‘boyfriend’ jeans. Well, I look strange in them, so I can’t wear them. But do I give up? never! That’s why today I stole this sweater from Dan. It’s because this windy Manchester confuses me…I really don’t know what to wear anymore.. I’m either too warm or too cold. And the wind also made it almost impossible to take some pictures for this post, you’ll see soon in my face expression how happy I was about this!
Toata lumea poarta ‘boyfriend’ jeansi.
