I might as well give up shaving my legs once and for all. All the effort, all the drama, and no appropriate weather to show them off. I mean, why? Why England, why? And on top of this, you go shopping and there’s floral dresses everywhere. They’re all made of delicate fabrics that won’t keep you warm at all. They must think we all spend our weekends in Spain or something. The struggle is real, especially for someone like me who prefers to wear dresses all the time.
I know there’s this big trend right now to wear a dress on top of your jeans. But short and not so skinny girls like me cannot pull that off, unless you want to look more unflattering. So instead, I prefer to go back to my old habits: chunky knit on top. And if you match the colours like I did, it looks like one single clothing item.
And if you are one of those lucky girls who lives in a warm country, well.. I’m not jealous of you because you must be broke right now considering how pretty the new ss17 dresses are.

I remember some years ago being alone in my room, contemplating whether I should write a blog or not. I remember my biggest problem was how will I create the content? I had a cheap pink camera, no photography skills, no budget to buy any new clothes and absolutely no tech skills on how to launch a blog. But I really liked the idea and without thinking too much about it, I decided to make a start. I was so nervous when I shared my first blog post.. It wasn’t anything extraordinary, but I was out there, for everyone to see and to judge and it wasn’t really my favourite feeling.
But years went by and I still kept on blogging and it slowly became a part of me. As a part time blogger, or how I like to call it – a hobby, my most asked question was why I still do it. What’s the outcome? And honestly I wasn’t 100% sure myself, until now. It all started with a deep passion I always had for the fashion and textile industry. But I never wanted to be a designer, I just wanted to work with clothes somehow, in a creative way. It took a while, a lot of what if’s, a lot of wonder. But now I’ve got it, now I do what I love and now I don’t need to feel the gap anymore. And that’s why I don’t blog as often these days. I’ve found a job that pays for spending my time doing exactly what I’ve always wanted. And the cool thing is that having the blog helped me get there 🙂
As I look back, everything makes sense. All the small projects I did in my spare time, the education I chose, the previous jobs… it all comes together beautifully. And that’s what I want to tell you guys because I know that for some of us is not that clear what we want to do and where we wanna go. Just follow your passion, make sure to excel in anything you do and it will come to you, I promise! And to spread this message, I had to wear a power pantsuit. There’s no better way to say – just be fierce!

Happy Autumn, dear friends! I can’t believe it’s the beginning of a new season. I know how much people love the summer, but I hope you’re excited for the fall!
I don’t know about you, but this summer for me was both amazing and incredibly short. I had so much fun that I literally lost the track of time. I found myself today realising that it’s almost October. But I guess time always flies when you’re having fun, right? So now.. why was my summer so spectacular? Firstly, because I took a lot of risks. I decided to be more free and courageous and just do whatever I wanted to do. And I can honestly say that I’ve had a blast!
I’m now in my living room, I’ve just turned on a Jazz playlist on my Spotify account, lid some candles and made myself a cup of tea. I guess I’m all ready for the new season 🙂 Not only ready, but very excited as well. What you guys don’t know is that I’ve started this year badly. I was very unsure, a bit lost and unhappy. And after sleepless nights I thought I’ll just go with it. With my attitude, my days changed. And my year has slowly turned around.
So if you’re still unhappy, a bit lost or just unsatisfied with what’s going on at the minute, take this chance and start over. Make this new season a new beginning! I know good things come for those who wait, but better things are coming for those who work for it 🙂

EN Last time I promised you I’m going to style these bad boys in different ways, to show you how easy it can be to play with printed trousers. For a put together look, choose a shirt that has the same colour that you can find in the trousers. It’s going to look like a nice match. It’s even better if you stay away from white or black. You’ll make your outfit more playful if you find a shirt in a bold colour. It’s also a look that you can wear on a casual night out. To balance the outfit, I went with a blazer – it kind of looks like it’s a suit. And then the shoes are elegant, yet simple enough so the focus remains on the clothes. Which one do you prefer so far?
Si acesta e secretul, my friends! Pentru a balansa culorile, alegeti accesorii in culori neutre. Cu tinuta asta m-as duce atat la servici, cat si in oras.

EN To go on with our last conversation about prints and how to style them, I started building different looks using the same pair of printed trousers. And they’re not only different looks, but different styles. I want to show you how you can wear these printed trousers on different occasions. It’s all about being practical, especially when your wardrobe is not big enough (which never happens). Today’s approach is the casual look. A very comfortable outfit idea using white only. Remember what I said about white? Makes everything look more neat. Replace my trousers with any other trousers and you’ll still end up with a nice look – easy peasy!
The next look is going to be wearing these bad boys at the office, so stay tuned! Until then, let me know how you wear your prints, and what are your favourite prints? Leave me a comment below 🙂
Insa pana atunci, poate-mi spuneti si voi cateva idei. Voi cum purtati printuri? Si ce printuri purtati de obicei? Lasati-mi un comentariu mai jos 🙂

EN I don’t know about you, but when it’s sunny outside I am a completely different person. My energy levels are already much higher and I am ready to take on the world. We’ve had so much clear blue sky lately that I felt inspired, more productive and more relaxed. And my wardrobe is starting to change too – it’s that exciting time of the year when I get to wear more colour and show some skin. So I had to make my entrance in a pink outfit. I forgot how much I love this colour, it used to be 80% of my closet. I don’t wear it that much nowadays, but it still remains my favourite colour. What’s your favourite colour? Don’t forget to embrace it this spring!
Mi-e tare dor de vremea buna si plimbarile in oras fara geaca pe mine, cam ceva in genul tinutei de azi, care n-ar putea fi mai roz.

EN This is an office look for those who don’t usually wear this, but need to have some sort of office clothes in their wardrobe. I think that the easiest way is to go with classic colours: black and white. I wore this white blazer in so many ways just because it goes with everything. And one place where I find some nice smart clothes, at good quality and reasonable prices is H&M. I got there my interview dresses too and some formal trousers. They all look smart and they all lasted me many years. Everyone says: invest in a nice white shirt, it’s a must. I say, don’t invest in it. White shirts are everywhere. I prefer to change my white shirts, they get yellow-y in time and I like to change the fit in time.
Tot pe principiul must have, eu zic ca-i musai si un sacou alb.

EN It’s November, it’s getting really cold outside, Starbucks has already started selling their red cups…so I think it’s officially sweater weather, guys, and I am very excited. All this Balmain – H&M drama has got me interested so I decided to do some shopping this weekend. Everything is so glittery in town, so sparkly and Christmasy – I want to buy it all! But then I am the most indecisive person when it comes to shopping. I need to love something to actually buy it. Otherwise I would be broke the same day as pay day… So today I am showing you two items that I bought without hesitation: my first designer bag – a Ralph Lauren black leather carrier bag, and a new Christmasy jumper from H&M. I don’t know about you, but I cannot wait for the winter holidays.
Ieri s-au aprins oficial luminile in Manchester, la Starbucks cafeaua se vinde deja in pahare rosii, Christmas Market se deschide imediat…. iar eu deja am inceput listele de cadouri.
