How to be Organised in 3 Steps

how to get organised

EN   In the previous post I was telling you that my 2016 goal is to be consistent. The first step to do so is to be more organised. And let’s face it, improving our organisational skills always helps. So after reading some productivity books and trying what best works for me, I wanted to share it with you too. My 3 steps for being more organised are:

1.Buy an Agenda/Diary

Buy any sort of diary that fits in your pocket or your bag, so it’s always with you. I like to buy a nice one, to make it colorful and fun. But yours can be as personal as it can get. You can use your mobile too. I prefer to write and tick off what I’ve done, but if the mobile is more comfortable even better. There’s loads of Apps too, and they’re all free!

2. Have up to 2 goals per day

Don’t overdo it. Specialists say that if you put everything on that list: washing the dishes, washing the clothes etc… makes you feel a bit overwhelmed, like you have loads to do, even though most of them are small jobs.Focus on 2 main goals per day, maximum 2 things that you need to do that day: talk to an old friend, plan a holiday, change your internet provider etcetera.

3. Set a time

Make sure you set a specific time for those planned jobs. Creating a schedule helps you stick to it. The more specific you are, the more chances you will finish the job. Otherwise you’ll be tempted to postpone it.

RO  In postarea anterioara va spuneam ca planuiesc sa fiu mai consecventa in anul nou.

1.Cumpara-ti o agenda
