EN   I am happy to say that I’ve teamed up #withOxfam to raise awareness about the Democratic Republic of Congo, a country which is still recovering after years of conflict. The Kibati camp provides shelter to over 55,000 people still endangered because of the current situation. Oxfam’s mission is to help people with providing safe water, sanitation equipment and hygiene essentials in an emergency. Please see more information on the Oxfam official website – here

It’s also beautiful to see how people remain creative and try to make a living out of their passion. Talented individuals have carried their sewing machines in this camp in order to provide for their families. They create garments for the Kibati camp, charging for their services between 8p and £1.50. When I read all about it, I had to give Oxfam a hand in spreading the message. You can donate here. Let’s be #withOxfam!
