A very healthy and easy to make desert

As you probably know, I love sweets. Chocolate, cakes, cookies you name it. And because I know they’re not healthy, I’m always looking for substitutes. This is how I came across this recipe: 2 eggs and one banana. Mix it, bake it, eat it!

Now, like always, I need to put my personal touch. So I chose to mix only one egg with one banana. The secret is to have a good pan, heated, so that the mixture won’t stick. Make the pancakes small, so you can easily turn them. They taste sweet and you can always add some lemon peel, cinnamon, vanilla to change the taste. Healthy and delicious 🙂 Dan liked them as well, but still he enjoyed some croissants and other things… men!

Am gasit recent o retea de clatite foarte sanatoasa: doua oua si o banana, amestecate bine, puse-ntr-o tigaie si in cateva minute, gata! 

Doar ca.. ma gandeam ca doua oua e prea mult..asa ca am hoatart sa pun un ou si o banana, ca nu aiba gust de omleta pana la urma! Si mi-au iesit bune, pufoase, putin dulci. Le-am facut mai mici, ca sa le pot intoarce usor. Daca vreti sa incercati, puteti adauga cateva ingrediente pentru un gust si mai special: scortisoara, coaja de lamaie, vanilie. Clatitele au iesit delicioase! I-au placut si lui Dan, insa pentru ca el isi permite, a preferat sa savureze tot felul de patiserii pe langa. Sper sa va placa ideea si sa incercati!
